  • Name: Dollmaker/Observer

    Alignment: Coven (Evil)

    Attack:None (Normal),Basic (with Necronomicon)

    Defense:None

    Unique Role:Yes

Abilities: Create a Observing Doll to spy on your targets

    Attributes:

-You may only have one doll at the time

-You may move the doll to move from house to house

-Once the doll is torn,it'll take you a day to make a new one

Mechanics: At the beginning of the game, you'll start with a Observing Doll.Placing the doll in someone's house counts as a Day Ability.Once the doll is placed,it'll beggin it's purpose;observing your target. From this point, there are two options for the role;a) It'll tell you which faction visited your target. In such case, these are the possible scenarios-"The doll picked up good vibes and a healthy aura, your target must've been visited by someone Good!" (in case of Town and Guardian Angel),"The doll picked up negative vibes and a tainted aura, your target must've been visited by someone Evil!" (in case of Mafia,Neutral Killing,Neutral Evil and Neutral Chaos).Option b) would be similar to the Lookout,i.e telling you who visited your target (personally,I don't favor this one,as it's less unique than the former). In either case, you can only have one doll at a time. You can, however, command the doll to move onto someone else during day, which also counts as a Day Ability. If your target gets killed while a doll is in their house, the doll will be destroyed ("Someone attacked your target and destroyed the doll in the process!"),prompting you to make a new one, which takes a day to do.

With the Necronomicon, the real fun just begins.When/If you get the Necronomicon, the doll will be upgraded to a Voodoo Observer Doll. This doll functions like the regular one, except that,if your target is killed while the doll is in their home, the attacker will ALSO get dealt a Basic Attack, but regardless, the doll will get destroyed again.

    -Investigative Results-

Sheriff: Your target is Suspicious! (without Necronomicon)

    Investigator: Lookout,Forger,Coven Leader or Dollmaker/Observer.

Consigliere/Witch: Your target uses magic to spy on others, they must be a Dollmaker/Observer!

Goal: Kill all those who would oppose the Coven.

    Wins With: Coven,Survivor.

    Must Kill: Everyone else.

    Anything Else: Nah...

B makes it more like LO but buffed. So either a nerfed LO, or a buffed LO

Interesting idea, but I think you should decide yourself which option you want to take. It's your role, after all.

    • The Voodoo doll (with Necro) should dead powerful attack. The reason being more then half of the killing roles have basic defense. Pretty much every NK wouldnt be affected by this. So its a fun consept but in my opinion if it has basic attack its just a waste of the Necro.

Oh and maybe the doll would kill ppl who visit the person. Maybe if a TP visits the person, he gets killled (TP), maybe with the TIs or something. It would make it more viable and worth the Necro.
